Cennox is seeking a remote Project Manager to join their driven Project Management team.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering every project on time and within the set budget and work scope. In this role, you must be able to plan and oversee the successful execution of special projects from start to completion. You will work closely with the sales team, regional managers, and upper management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project

  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

  • Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for the requested goods and services

  • Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline

  • Performance reviews and staff development

  • Effectively plan and control assigned projects by monitoring progress, managing procurement and recording production and job costs

  • Develop and maintain project schedule and budget to ensure the project meets initial estimates

  • Prepare monthly progress reports

  • Responsible for reviewing all associated contracts, specifications, drawings, the scope of work, estimates, requirements, and other pertinent project information and prepare a project plan for review

  • Responsible for month-end financial reviews, including job cost review

  • Oversee the assignment of projects to staff members to obtain the most effective utilization of resources to meet the Company's commitments to customers

  • Responsible and accountable for the project management system and tools for all assigned projects from the time a project is acquired through the final payment of closed projects

  • Complete project closeout

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience with larger financial instructions.  Preferably within the ATM lines of business.
  • At least five years of PM experience.
  • Ability to connect the dots with projects from beginning to end.
  • Being able to see potential issues from macro and micro levels. Then establish procedures to mitigate these in advance of projects.
  • Learn from past and future challenges.  That enables you to constantly fine-tune project scopes and details.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient communicator to internal associates and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read plans
  • Proficient in Adobe a plus
  • Proficient in SharePoint a plus
  • Customer service oriented
  • Possess leadership skills with a drive to mentor and grow a team
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Great time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business-related field preferred)
  • Must possess minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required
