Project Processor

Cennox is currently seeking a full-time, temporary Processor to join our Projects team. This will initially be a temporary position, but if you are a good fit for the Cennox team, we will reevaluate creating a permanent position. The Projects team works on special, additional contracts with our commercial bank customers. As a Processor, your job will be to ensure the quality of the work we do for our customers as well as the completion of all necessary documentation and the meeting of any additional requirements in a timely manner. In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain experience working with multi-story floor plans and a basic CAD program.

If you possess excellent attention to detail, professional written/verbal communication skills, and problem solving and decision making capabilities, we want you on our team. We need a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently with moderate supervision. Someone who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and, of course, enjoys being part of a team, would be our ideal candidate!

 General Duties:

  • Reviewing photos and work orders sent in by the technicians working in the field to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Answering phones and communicating/troubleshooting with our field staff
  • Use of a basic CAD program and work with multi-story floor plans (no experience necessary)
  • Other duties as assigned

 Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of standard office practices
  • Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Capability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
  • Demonstrated skill in operation of computers and keyboarding, including typing 45 wpm, e-mail, and ability to learn specialized software programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a must
  • Knowledge of drafting/CAD would be ideal but is not required


  • Experience in data entry/processing
  • Experience in previous office positions/performing general office practices


  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
  • Vision correctable to 20/20
  • Finger dexterity for keyboarding
