Property Manager/Shipping Coordinator

Cennox is an international company that specializes in providing various services for financial institutions. Our U.S. headquarters in located in Missoula, MT.

We are currently seeking a candidate who would work in a combination position, performing both a Property Management role and working in our Parts Department.

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for performing minor building maintenance and scheduling all other maintenance, including gardening/landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, etc, as well as ordering all building supplies. As Parts Coordinator, you will help create orders and ship out parts and supplies to our nationwide network of technicians.

Starting compensation is $12 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

Property Manager:

  • Oversee and schedule all maintenance in the building including, but not limited to:
    • landscaping
    • painting
    • electrical and plumbing
    • windows and doors
    • elevator
  • Inspect the property on a regular basis and make repair/upgrade recommendations
  • Perform minor building maintenance if possible
  • Maintain the maintenance logs for the building
  • Oversee maintenance budget
  • Collect bids for contractors and building services
  • Order and maintain inventory building supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Parts Coordinator:

  • Help complete POS reports for technicians' orders
  • Maintain records of orders and deliveries
  • Update inventory
  • Gather orders and properly label and ship them
  • Provide routing information and issue shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location
  • Coordinate with both Missoula and Atlanta Parts teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management is a plus
  • Familiarity with shipping using USPS, UPS, and FedEx
  • Experience in inventory maintenance
  • Demonstrate organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Data entry skills
  • Demonstrate skill in operation of computers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Background check must meet customer requirements
