Project Manager

Cennox is an international group that specializes in providing end-to-end service solutions for the banking industry. We specialize in ATM and bank equipment maintenance and alarm and electronic security system inspections, tests, and installations. Cennox is currently seeking a motivated, self-starter to be our new Project Manager at our headquarters in Missoula, MT

Position Summary:

The projects team works on special contracts that fall outside the normal scope of our primary company services. The Project Manager is in charge of delivering every project on time and within the set budget and work scope. In this role, you must be able to plan and oversee the successful execution of special projects from start to completion. You will manage a small team of Project Coordinators and Processors and work closely with the sales team, regional managers, and upper management. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure the flawless execution of all projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Develop project scope and objective with customers, internal sales team, and operations/field team to ensure technical feasibility
  • Work with sales and operations to analyze project needs and create reasonable and profitable contracts and bids
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Create a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report issues and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all other teams involved
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business related field preferred)
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Computer literate and comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
  • CAD experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Criminal Background Check must meet our customer’s requirements
