Project/Account Manager-Construction

CPSS is currently hiring a Project/Account Manager to join the team in Ohio

Position Summary:
As a Construction Project/Account Manager you will be in charge of determining customers' construction needs and developing their understanding of our company's offerings in order create work opportunities. The ideal candidate will oversee the on-time delivery of every project within the set budget and work scope. In this role, you must be able to manage a team and plan and oversee the successful execution of special projects from start to completion. Our ideal candidate will have experience in bank branch construction work and a working knowledge of bank equipment. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Allocate time effectively to meet and exceed quota requirements
  • Generate, develop, and qualify leads for prospective customers
  • Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform necessary follow-up
  • Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow-up sales
  • Conduct special product demonstrations and other events with the objective of increasing sales and enhancing the company's image
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure the flawless execution of all projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Develop project scope and objective with customers, internal sales team, and operations/field team to ensure technical feasibility
  • Work with sales and operations to analyze project needs and create reasonable and profitable contracts and bids
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Create a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Manage and grow the relationships with clients and all other teams involved
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Experience & Required Skills:

  • BS or BA is a plus, high school or equivalent is a must
  • Minimum 5 years' successful management experience in the Construction Industry
  • Experience in bank branch construction work is a plus
  • Knowledge of general bank equipment is a plus
  • Computer literate - Windows Applications, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must have knowledge of various construction practices
  • Must be comfortable presenting to customers
  • Must be self-motivated with good organizational skills
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record in Good Standing are required
  • Background investigation must meet customers' requirements
  • May be subject to pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements


  • $50-60K annual salary


  • Eligible for health, vision, dental, and life insurance after 90-day waiting period
  • Eligible for company 401K plan after 12 months of employment
