Cennox is currently seeking two new, part-time team members to join our Service Department. The Service Department is an internal unit focused on managing the daily service calls from all of our customers. Service calls are time-sensitive additions to regularly scheduled work that are assigned at the customer’s request throughout the day.
Our new Service Call Dispatchers will possess excellent attention to detail, professional written/verbal communication skills, and problem solving and decision making capabilities. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently with moderate supervision. It will be crucial to understand the importance of meeting deadlines and, of course, to enjoy being part of a team.
Schedule: This is a part-time position. Availability on nights and weekends is required. Remote work will be permitted after training.
Starting compensation is DOE.
