Project Coordinator

Cennox is currently seeking a motivated, self-starter to be our new Project Coordinator at our headquarters in Missoula, MT

Position Summary:

The projects team works on special contracts that fall outside the normal scope of our primary company services. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with the Project Manager to ensure that all work is completed to the expected level of quality. This includes the successful and timely completion of all necessary documentation and the meeting of any additional requirements. You will be integrated in the initial set up of a project and then be responsible for the coordination of the project through to completion. In this role, understanding the importance of meeting deadlines is particularly important and, of course, enjoying being part of a team is crucial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate existing and/or established projects:
    • Communicate with the customer to ensure that the customer’s expectations are being met and preferably exceeded
    • Equip Cennox field staff with needed equipment and materials
    • Email and answer phones to communicate and troubleshoot with customers and Cennox field staff
  • Review photos and work orders sent in by the field technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
  • Learn new software and customer interfaces as needed
  • Train other individuals on how to process and review work orders as needed per project
  • Help with the processing of project-related work orders
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Job Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in data entry
  • Experience in customer service
  • Demonstrate skill in operation of computers and keyboarding, including typing 45wpm
  • Experience on all MS Office products
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is a must
  • Ability to quickly learn specialized software programs
  • Ability to work efficiently under moderate supervision
  • Knowledge of standard office practices
  • Demonstrate organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Strong, professional written/verbal communication
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Capability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
  • Background investigation must meet customer requirements


  • Eligible to enroll in health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days of employment
  • Eligible to enroll in the company 401K plan after one year of employment
