Staff Recruiter

We are currently seeking a highly-organized, self-motivate Staff Recruiter to join the Cennox team. In this role, you will be the sole Staff Recruiter for Cennox U.S. You will manage the full recruiting life-cycle, from writing job descriptions to on-boarding. As Staff Recruiter, you will be an integral part of the Cennox Team and will work cross-departmentally to fill any and all roles needed by Cennox. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives staffing requisitions and gets them approved using the correct channels
  • Researches roles and coordinates with the hiring manager to write an accurate job description and ad
  • Posts ads and sources candidates using an ATS and other creative means/sites
  • Updates company website/job page to match current list of open requisitions
  • Communications often with hiring managers and attends a weekly meeting to share and receive status updates for open requisitions
  • Manages company employment brand on websites such as Glassdoor, Indeed, etc. and works with Marketing team to keep branding consistent
  • Prioritize requisitions based on project/contract start dates, scheduled trainings, etc.
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates and prepare feedback and notes for the hiring manager
  • Effectively communicate with all coworkers, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Prepare and send offer letters and paperwork via electronic signature platform
  • Ensure that candidates have a smooth on-boarding experience by being attentive and providing great communication throughout the process
  • Update and improve hiring, recruiting, and on-boarding processes as necessary
  • Improve employee experience and retention by sending employment surveys, exit surveys, and conducting exit interviews
  • Performs other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred

Experience:

  • At least two years' of prior recruiting experience
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
  • Experience with electronic signature platforms is a plus

Skills:

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize many requisitions at once
  • Capable of working independently as well as cross functionally with other Cennox departments, managers, supervisors, and co-workers to achieve hiring objectives and standards
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions for sourcing candidates and filling positions on a budget
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and an eye for detail
  • Background investigation is must meet customers' requirements
  • Must be willing to work in Missoula, MT, Smyrna, GA, or Glendale, CA
