Responsible for analyzing inventory levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs to ensure service parts are positioned correctly to meet operational demands.

- Help maintain visibility of inventory across central, depot, and field locations, ensuring accuracy between system records and physical counts.
- Analyze historical usage, failure rates, and consumption data to forecast part requirements and adjust min-max levels.
- Support network optimization by identifying excess, obsolete, or underutilized stock and proposing redistribution or disposal plans.
- Audit and reconcile inventory discrepancies between Oracle Fusion SCM and warehouse records
- Create reports and dashboards tracking fill rate, turns, aging, and inventory health, present findings to leadership.
- Partner with Service Logistics and Procurement to identify cost savings through improved replenishment, reduced carrying costs, and vendor negotiations.
- Assist in automating reports, dashboards, and data feeds to improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
- Coordinate with all teams to ensure cycle counts are executed on schedule and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Work with Operations, Finance, and Service teams to ensure material availability aligns with project timelines and SLAs.
- Proactively identify and recommend process or system enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service readiness.
- All other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in inventory or data analysis preferred.
- Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usage
