eLearning Specialist:
 The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Learning Management System (LMS) administration, provide support to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in creating and maintaining coursework, and build and maintain knowledge guides for various departments within the organization. This role demands proficiency with TalentLMS, Articulate, or similar eLearning products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the LMS, including user management, course uploads, and reporting.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop and update course content, ensuring it is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Multimedia Content Development: Create, edit, and produce high-quality audio, video, motion graphics, and 2D/3D animations for online learning modules.
- Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge guides for different departments, providing clear and accessible information.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of courses and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LMS and course content.
- Stay updated on eLearning trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the organization's eLearning programs.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of LMS and eLearning resources.
  Qualifications:
- Experience in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with LMS administration, preferably TalentLMS, Articulate, or similar eLearning products.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation and editing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and other team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
 
 Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with graphic design software
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for customizing LMS interfaces.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in eLearning.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting to track and measure the success of eLearning initiatives.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach freely
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Must have good hand/eye coordination 
  • Vision correctable to 20/20
  • Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
