Position Summary:
As a Repair Technician for Cennox, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, testing, and refurbishment of ATMs, Smartsafes, and their components. This role includes both remanufacturing and bench repair work, requiring hands-on technical ability, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving skills. Preferred experience includes working with electro‑mechanical systems and, for ATM-focused tasks, familiarity with platforms such as NCR, Wincor, Fujitsu, and Diebold.

Skills and Requirements:
- Diagnose issues and perform technical repairs on ATMs, Smartsafes, and related components.
- Complete refurbishment, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Utilize various tools and electronic diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair electro‑mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret written technical documents, manuals, and schematics.
- Maintain organized workflows, parts, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co‑workers, customers, and office staff.
- Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds
- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
