Cennox is looking for a Vice President – Service Solutions Architect to join our team as a senior leader responsible for developing and implementing robust service solutions for our diverse client services portfolio. The role will report directly to the Chief Service Delivery Officer and will be responsible for designing E2E service solutions that include internal and external factors, managing all service pricing functions, and customer contract management. This role will involve collaborating with executives, associates and various stakeholders to align on strategy, business obligations and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Understand and Analyze: Understand business strategy and needs, analyze technical and business requirements, and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different service solutions.
- Design Solutions: Develop comprehensive blueprints and service delivery strategies, select the best delivery model, and implement solution.
- Oversee Implementation: Provide solutioning oversight the ensure implementation and deliverability of solutions, pricing and contract management.
- Performance Management: Establishing Key Performance Indicators and track progress to goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for customer solutions and pricing.
- Change Management: Leading and managing organizational change associated with service solutions, deal review, pricing implementation and contract review.
- Project Management: Overseeing the execution of service solutions to ensure profitability and SLA delivery.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing reactive services solutions, preferably in the retail, financial, and/or gaming sectors
- Senior leadership experience in leading improvement projects across multiple departments in a corporate environment
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Experience developing and negotiating service contracts
- Experience in building cost-up pricing models
- Bachelor’s degree level of education
